Welcome to Spider Cab. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made online via our website or by calling our support number.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation SMS/Email or WhatsApp message with the Booking ID.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to technical errors or unavailability of vehicles.
2. Pricing & Payments
- The total fare includes fuel and driver allowance.
- Excluded Charges: Toll taxes, Interstate taxes, Parking fees, and Entry fees are NOT included and must be paid by the customer directly to the authorities.
- For AC cars, the AC will be switched off in hilly areas to prevent engine overheating.
- We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. An advance token amount may be required to confirm outstation trips.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Zero Cancellation Fee: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of pickup may attract a cancellation fee of ₹500 or the advance amount paid.
- If we cancel your trip due to operational issues, a 100% refund of the advance amount will be processed within 5-7 working days.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must carry a valid Government ID proof during the journey.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- The customer is responsible for their luggage. The driver/company is not liable for any loss or damage.
5. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
